                                             I attempt to retain some sort of authenticity within myself by keeping parts of me natural and pure although small, they still remind me of who I am in truth because when the make-up and weaves are stripped down I'm nothing but a simple girl in pursuit of acceptance, belonging and admiration. This is why Jay Z and Beyonce remain my favourite couple in the music industry,  this  video promo is just spectacular! many call it  acting i call it love and on this promo one can actually see how much they are inlove with each other regardless of their recent scandal. this couple is not perfect by any means but together they are creative geniuses that never ceases to amaze.

I really struggle with finding well dressed men to feature on my blog. Men who are fashion daredevils, confident and who dress so impeccably that they make you as a woman want to dress better and present yourself as elegantly and as sophisticated as you can possibly be, well that was before i bumped into  Neo Kgolane's instagram profile. My sister recently posted the most profound quote on her facebook page. it resonated so much with me as a young black woman in pursuit of success, that i had to share it with you guys. She wrote: "The most important thing I have learned is that there are no limitation to being successful As women we feel that If someone else is successful that some how that takes away our opportunity to have success!
